WOODBRIDGE – On Sunday, Sept. 30, Woodbridge Mayor John E. McCormac and the mayor's Wellness Campaign will host the "Tour de Woodbridge Bike Tour" with a portion of the proceeds of this year's ride benefiting the Semper Fi Fund.

This 15 and 30-mile bike ride is a community event where cyclists are encouraged to come out and ride to raise both funds and awareness for a cause. The Semper Fi Fund is one of this year's beneficiaries, in memory of Corporal Kevin J Reinhard, USMC – a Marine from Colonia, who was killed in action in January.

For more information, see the Semper Fi Fund events calendar.

The Semper Fi Fund is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance and quality of life solutions for Marines and Sailors, as well as members of the Army, Air Force and Coast Guard who serve in support of Marine forces, when they become injured in post 9-11 combat or training operations, or they face life threatening illness or injury.
