Long Island, NY - Shootout For Soldiers is a 24 hour lacrosse game benefiting wounded American soldiers. Participants will play during a particular time slot for either of the two teams – Stars or Stripes – with fellow participants roughly their same age and skill. This is a dangerous time to be on the rain-swollen Mississippi River, especially for those with little experience on the water.
