Polo America Greenwich Barn Tour 2019

The Polo America Barn Tour will consist of four 55-passenger luxury busses to tour three of the most prestigious equestrian country club and private barns on the East Coast on August 24th. The Barn Tour is a benefit for the Semper Fi Fund. The three barns are Old Salem Farm, Fairfield County Hunt Club and Ox Ridge Riding Club. Tour times are 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM. Each tour will last approximately 3 hours. Box lunches will be provided to the attendees. Attendees who purchase four or more tickets will receive a General Admission Tailgating pass to the Greenwich Polo Club to attend the August 25th polo match at the Greenwich Polo Club.

Ox Ridge Riding and Racquet Club, Darien, CT
Locals may know them by Ox Ridge Hunt Club. After 104 years they changed their name to Ox Ridge Riding and Racquet Club. In addition to a new equestrian complex with world-class trainers, there will be a new 18,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Ox Ridge stabling can accommodate 60 horses and includes an indoor heated washroom and several tack rooms. A complete system of fans provides ventilation and comfort throughout the stable. The club is gated and with grooms living on site. In addition to surveillance cameras, Ox Ridge maintains the services of a night watchman to help ensure the utmost in care and protection of the horses 24/7. The stables have access to 12 grass turnout areas that are all independent of each other.

Double H Farm, Ridgefield, CT
Double H Farm is a one of a kind premier equestrian facility. It features 2 beautiful barns. The main barn has 20 stalls, four grooming and wash stalls and laundry, tack and feed rooms. It also features a large trophy room and lounge, two offices and a full kitchen. The second barn built for the breeding operation, has 14 stalls and two grooming and wash stalls. It also has laundry, tack and feed rooms and an office. Additionally there are 8 stalls in a shed row. This is a world class equine facility impeccably and meticulously maintained to the highest level.

Old Salem Farm, North Salem, NY
Westchester County’s Old Salem Farm, a 120 acre boarding and training facility with 95 permanent stalls, is home to 2016 U.S. Olympic team silver medalist Lucy Davis and Trainer and Rider Christian Coyle. Old Salem Farm is one of the leading equestrian competition venues in North America, as rated by the North American Riders Group for five years.

Polo America Barn Tour tickets are $75. per person. Groups of four or more will receive a General Admission Tailgating Pass ($40 value) to the Greenwich Polo Club on August 25th.
