Come and join in on the fun at Mitchell’s Point Marina for FIREWORKS on July 2, 2026 from 7:00pm – 11:00pm! Watch from your boat on Smith Mountain Lake, or from your chair at the marina. Come celebrate the Fourth of July weekend with a fun race that starts and ends near Bunnyman Brewing at the Workhouse Arts Center. This is a paved route that has limited hills along the route. This race will benefit Semper Fi & America’s Fund. Race Start Times 5K & 10k – 10am Registration Fees 5k – $35, until June 15 ($40) 10k – $50, until June 15 ($55) *Price will increase on race morning by $5 for each distance

Play in the 5th Annual USA Golf Amateur National Championships. Amateur Golfers of All Skill Levels, you could win a trip to St. Andrews, Scotland as a member of Team USA! This is the Tournament that’s for everyone who loves golf! A donation from this golftournament will be made to Semper Fi & America’s Fund. Ready for a great race for a great charity? It’s one of the best race courses around. The entire run is around the peninsula, overlooking Monroe Bay and the Potomac River. The America’s Military Heroes Charity Golf Event to benefit Semper Fi & America’s Fund will be hosted at the beautiful Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club in Aurora, CO. The event is organized by a group of military veterans and supporters of The Fund. This is their 2nd Annual golf event to benefit The Fund.
