Happer Classic 2014

Dresden, OH – The Harper Classic is an annual event honoring the life and sacrifice of Marine Sgt. Brad Harper who gave his life August 5, 2005, while serving his country in Iraq. This event consists of a Memorial Run with two distances, a 5 Miler or a 5K Run/Walk, and a Car Show. But the most important thing on display will be the Lima Company Eyes of Freedom Murals which is a Memorial that honors Brad and all of Ohio based Lima Company 3/25 that lost their lives while serving. Kayaking the Mississippi River: Source to Sea

Starting in Lake Itasca, Minnesota, traveling through Morgan City, Louisiana, the last community before ending in the Gulf of Mexico. Wounded Marine Rob Jones' quest to raise $1 million for charities that supported his recovery

Bar Harbor, ME to San Diego, CA - Rob Jones has never taken the easy route. So it was no surprise that the U.S. Paralympian and combat-wounded retired Marine chose Bar Harbor, Maine, as the starting point for his epic cross-country cycling trek. He began his adventure back on October 14th and is now making his way down the coast to the sandy beaches of Southern California. He's due to complete his journey at Camp Pendleton, CA on April 12th - the perfect place for a Marine veteran to be welcomed by fellow Marines after cycling over 5,000 miles! We hope you’ve been reading about the incredible adventure of Lieutenant Colonel William Conner—the 40-year-old Hawaii-based Marine who raised money for the Semper Fi Fund on March 9 by running a marathon … in Antarctica.
