Long Island, NY - Shootout For Soldiers is a 24 hour lacrosse game benefiting wounded American soldiers. Participants will play during a particular time slot for either of the two teams – Stars or Stripes – with fellow participants roughly their same age and skill. An apparent electrical fire late Saturday gutted the popular Spoke N’ Wheel Bicycles in West Hills forcing the owners to indefinitely close the shop.

Dixon, IL – The Inaugural Wounded Warrior/Semper Fi Fund Golf Outing will be hosted at Timber Creek Golf Club on June 26th at 12:30pm. This event is being organized by Timber Creek Golf Club and Kim Devine in honor of the service of her son, Corporal Adam Devine. Castle Rock, CO – Caspar Placke’s Eagle Scout Project is a detailed plan to raise funds for the Semper Fi Fund with a goal of $12,500, which is the cost of an Action Track Chair.
