Lamborghini Palm Beach participated as the presenting sponsor of "The Lamborghini Palm Beach Polo Classic" on May 12 at Polo West raising more than $12,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project and Injured Marines Semper Fi Fund. "The Lamborghini Polo Classic" team played in the featured match at the "Polo & Balloon Festival" on May 11-13.
Several thousand attended the event along with more than 100 Lamborghini Palm Beach VIPs. The guests enjoyed watching the outdoor polo activities and an up-close look at some of the world's luxurious exotic cars.
Festivities began with international opera singer Lou Galterio singing the National Anthem as the Marine Corp. Color Guard presented the colors. The two competing polo teams, Lamborghini Palm Beach and Palm Beach Polo & Hunt Club along with a parade of Lamborghinis met front and center on the field. Lamborghini Palm Beach General Manager, Jose Morazan, threw in the first ball to start the polo match. At half time, Lamborghini Palm Beach brought four Lamborghini cars onto the field for the traditional "Half-Time Divot Stomp."
The weekend also included hot air balloons, polo, music, food and vendors.

The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund works to provide financial support for injured members of the U.S. armed forces and their families; directing resources to post 9-11 Marines and sailors, as well as members of the U.S. Army, Air Force or Coast Guard.
