Darien, CT - Pamela Everson has challenged two local police departments to participate and compete against each other while completing her one hour intense workout. The Stamford Police Department and the Darien Police Department will not only raise funds for the Semper Fi Fund; they will raise awareness of the needs of our wounded, injured and ill Service Members. ARLINGTON, Va. — Jose Ramos is an example of why there should be no excuses in life.
Ramos, a retired Navy Corpsman who was also a member of a Marine Scout Sniper Platoon, had his arm blown off by a rocket in Iraq in 2004. Sunday, he was one of 30,000 people who competed in the Marine Corps Marathon. Read the rest of this entry »
